Ordering from the UK

Now that the UK is no longer in the EU, your order will follow a slightly different delivery process. But don’t worry—it’s straightforward and might even save you some money by not paying VAT!

Important: We do not collect VAT or customs charges. If applicable, these will be collected from you by the delivery company when your order reaches the UK.

How VAT works:

  • Orders under £135: VAT-free! Your order will skip customs and come straight to you 🎉
  • Orders over £135: Your order will go to a UK distribution centre for customs and VAT processing. VAT will be charged at the local rate and collected during entry to the UK. This is an additional cost that you will have to pay to get the items delivered to you.

Customs import tax:

Just like VAT, customs tax may be collected when your order enters the UK. As with the VAT, this will need to be paid by you before delivery. The charges are usually low, but here’s a general idea of what to expect for our most popular items:

These rates are just estimates—please check the HMRC website for specific details or use a customs calculator.

Tracking your order:

Once your order has been processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email, followed by a PostNL email with your tracking info. Keep in mind, if you're ordering furniture, you'll likely receive multiple shipping emails—each with its own tracking number. Make sure to check them all, as they’ll help you track each parcel separately 📦.

Since PostNL is a Dutch company, these emails may sometimes land in your spam folder—please check there if you don’t see them.

Once your order reaches the UK:

All UK orders are transferred to Parcelforce for import processing and delivery inside the UK. To track your order, enter your PostNL reference (a 13-digit code starting with CF and ending in NL) on the Parcelforce website.

To speed things up, we recommend contacting your local Parcelforce depot to arrange customs payment and a delivery date. This can reduce your wait time by up to 2 weeks!

Once customs and VAT payment is made, delivery usually happens within 48-72 hours ⏱️.
