Ideal for going out, it is made of 100% PUL (Polyurethane Laminate fabric). PUL is water-resistant, fast-drying, easy to clean, and screen-printed with the Billie Wonder logo. It is also big enough to store your accessories and designed to hang on your stroller or over your shoulder.
