Large furniture orders can be shipped on pallets, this will be clear during checkout.
Following your order
Once your order is processed by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation from Hola BB, followed by emails from PostNL to confirm your delivery date and time. Please check your spam if these emails are not received.
If your order includes multiple boxes, separate tracking codes will be sent via email. We recommend using the Post NL app to track these multiple shipments at the same time.
