Social Media Assistant

5-8 hours per week, option to increase over time

Do you have a passion to learn more and build a career in social media? Want to join a fast growing, ethically minded company currently expanding across Europe? 

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join of marketing team to support in creating content and building relationships on our growing social channel. 

  • Assist in the creation of the social content strategy
  • Content creation for all social channels
  • Input into content planning calendar
  • Looking for opportunities to increase Hola BB awareness across key territories

We value passion over experience however the following skills will be required

  • A creative eye and desire to make things visually appealing
  • Photoshop/other photo editing software
  • Dutch & English language

This is a remote working role and completely flexible hours, you choose the work schedule that fits you best. 

Hourly rate dependant on experience


Customer Service Assistant

5-10 hours per week (1-2 hours a day) – with future possibility to increase hours

Due to growth we are looking for a freelance customerservice assistant per august 2020. This is a flexible job where you can work from the comfort of your own home. You will be managing all incoming questions about products, stock and orders and will make sure the buying experience of our customers sails smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

- Responding to all emails and DM’s about orders and products

- Checking and monitoring orders, while keeping in contact with the warehouse on a daily basis

-  Adjusting or setting up orders when necessary

-  Some telephone contact with customers may be required


What we’re looking for:

- You are fluent in Dutch and excellent in English

You are polite and have experience with customer contact

- You are organised and meticulous  

- You have a sense of responsibility and are pro-active 

- You have a registration to the KvK (you have to be able to send invoices to us)

- You preferably live in or near Amsterdam (would be practical for meetings)

- You are looking for a long-term part time job
