Behind the Brand - Summer Gray Wallpapers
Summer Gray is a family run business based on the outskirts of Amsterdam. Launched in 2019 by British couple Lauranza and Ed, their goal is to bring magic into peoples homes through beautifully designed wallpapers.
Over the past few years they have produced several new collections, working with well known local artists and illustrators. Their wallpapers are printed in The Netherlands on non woven wallpaper which is super easy to install and is more environmentally friendly than paper or vinyl wallpapers.
Wallpaper is becoming such an important part of Nursery Design, with customers choosing their favourite wallpapers and then basing the rest of the interior design on their chosen pattern. Summer Gray wallpapers are now a firm favourite for parents when choosing the design of their new nursery or kids room.
The great thing about choosing a wallpaper for your nursery or kids room is that you can really get creative.
With Summer Gray's Dreamland collection, designed in collaboration with Dutch artist Iris Esther, you can create a woodland wonderland, with beautiful forest animals peeking through foliage and flowers, or delicate moths on the walls. These wallpapers really do spark children's imaginations and create the most magical rooms.
There's also the option to go with more simple floral patterns, like the Climbing Rose design or the Eve pattern. These wallpaper has been very popular with people looking to create a subtle but beautiful and calming baby room.
