You can use this form to exercise your right to withdraw from your purchase. Simply enter your order details and submit your withdrawal request using the button below. You do not need to log in.

Once your request has been submitted, we’ll send you a confirmation by email.

📦 If your order has not yet been dispatched:
We’ll cancel your order and process your withdrawal request.

🚚 If your order has already been picked, packed or dispatched:
You can still submit your withdrawal request using this form. If your order is already on its way, please wait for it to be delivered before arranging the return.

🏠 If you have already received your order:
You can submit your withdrawal using this form, then visit our Returns Page for instructions on returning your items to us.

Please note: Your withdrawal request and the return of your items are two separate steps. This form lets us know that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. If you have already received your order, you will then need to arrange the return through our usual returns process.
